Getting the electric to the house, along with water and fixing a drainage issue. Drywall is starting
We rented a mini excavator to dig the trench to the house for water and electric as well as fixing a drainage issue on the driveway. The drywall was ordered for the contractor to hang, mud and tape and sand the house. That was work I did not want to do I was never good at mud and tape.
There is a spring in my front yard, when it is really running good it would flood the driveway up to the house. We had to order 60 feet of culvert and an excavator to fix the issue.
Part of the spring, this is actually a collection pond the spring is about 50 feet away coming out of the hillside.
Digging the trench for the water and electrical wire to run through, I had to be two feet wide for separation of the two.
Mud for the drywall. I ordered WAY too much.
100+ sheets of drywall. The ceiling will not be done except in the closets.
I had to get the wiring into the breaker box before they could do the drywall.
